POLYOLEFIN SHRINK FILM

Our Polyolefin Shrink Film is a bi-axially oriented, heat shrinkable film which is compatible with most semi-automatic and automatic shrink wrap packaging equipment systems.  This film is a very cost effective packaging choice that has excellent clarity and strength. This soft, flexible film is very popular in the wrapping of foods and non food applications, especially broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower and pizza.  Please see below for the six different types of Polyolefin shrink film we offer. Standard Shrink Film: This film is a strong, bi-axially oriented, heat shrinkable polyolefin film with excellent clarity.  Shrinkage is balanced and stable during packaging.  This soft, flexible film does not become brittle in low temperatures after shrinkage.   The available thicknesses are 12, 15, 19, 25 and 30 micron.

High Performance Shrink Film:  This film has excellent low temperature initiation shrink (del – temperature) properties; approximately the same as PVC shrink films.  It has superior seal strength, strong tear strength and exceptional hot slip property after shrinkage.  This film is a great choice to pack temperature sensitive products such as magazines, candies and chocolates. The available thicknesses are 12, 15, 19, and 25 micron.

Anti Fog Cross-linked Shrink Film:  This film is ideal over wrap for produce or frozen foods.  It is designed for use on packages that will be frozen, refrigerated or stored at room temperature and eliminates fog and condensation that might occur under ambient temperatures. This film also offers excellent shrinkage, sturdy and durable seals with a wide sealing temperature range. The available thicknesses are 12, 15, 19, and 25 micron.

Hot Slip Shrink Film:  This films main advantage is it has excellent hot slip property.  If a film has no hot slip property then the hot surface will stick after shrinkage.  This film is will avoid packages sticking together while still offering a strong, heat shrinkable solution. The available thicknesses are 12, 15, 19, 25 and 30 micron.
